Getting “a leg up” means that you are somehow given an advantage over other people. And, the higher you can get your leg up, the bigger of an advantage you will have, right?

In this class, we’ll work on splitting the legs from all different angles, to give us a better chance at getting a leg UP.

When I was a bit younger, I used to take the stairs 2 at a time, to get to the top faster. You have to be flexible to even try that! So, with a bit of stretching of your limbs (and your imagination), who knows? You might be able to skip a step or two the next time you climb your company’s ladder. Or, hop over a bigger obstacle on your yoga path.
