We’ll begin with some motivating core strengtheners to warm up the body and the mind. Throughout class, we’ll insert rolling movements which will essentially flip us from belly down to belly up or vice versa. By their nature, rolling movements integrate core strength with twisting, to keep our spines stable, supple, and strong.
