It’s easy to get lazy about the goals we set for ourselves, no matter what time of the year.

Don’t give up! The days when you feel lazy are when discipline is truly developed – exactly on the days you’ve lost desire for your goal.

This week, take a firm stand, and don’t budge from your goal to align and strengthen your body and mind. And, we’ll explore all sorts of different ways to stand – both on the feet and on the hands.

We’ll explore: new Handstand variations, the strength of our side body, and an Instagram-worthy Lunge/Split.

When you take an Unnata Aerial Yoga class, you get to turn your mind off, and let the teacher help move you along. Even if you are feeling a bit lazy, all you have to do is show up! 🙂
